TERMS OF SERVICE
Ashirwad Products International (API Retails)

Ashirwad Products International (API Retails) (“we”, “us”, “our”, “API Retails”) operates the website and retail services (the “Service”) at www.apiretail.com and the physical retail location at C-16, Ekta Nagar, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our Service. By placing an order you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account & Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach via care@apiretail.com or +91 9997339996.
3. Products, Descriptions & Availability
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free. Products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and you may choose to (a) receive store credit, (b) accept an alternative product, or (c) cancel the order.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by API Retails. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or problems verifying payment information. Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance — your order is accepted when we dispatch the product.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of shipping charges, taxes, customs duties or additional fees unless indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made by the methods displayed at checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional COD fees may apply. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Our Shipping Policy (linked here) forms part of these Terms. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to courier performance, customs, public holidays or events beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees.
7. Return, Exchange & Refunds
Exchange: API Retails offers exchanges only if the product received is (a) damaged during shipping, (b) has a manufacturing defect, or (c) is different from what was shown in the listing/image. Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@apiretail.com with Order ID, invoice and clear photos/videos of the issue. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with protective films intact. Exchanges are subject to our quality verification.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All eligible claims will be handled by exchange only, per the above conditions.
Non-eligible items: Products bought during sale promotions, BOGO offers, as well as tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors and similar items may be excluded from exchanges per specific product terms.
8. Warranty & Manufacturer Claims
Some products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms (duration, scope, process) are governed by the manufacturer’s policy. API Retails facilitates manufacturer warranty claims where possible, but such claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and may involve additional verification or shipping.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product designs and software) is owned or licensed by API Retails and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
10. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms API Retails, other users or third parties. Prohibited actions include impersonation, posting harmful or illegal content, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with our systems, or violating any applicable law.
11. Reviews, Comments & User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to our Site, you grant API Retails a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish or adapt such content for marketing and promotional purposes. You confirm you own or have rights to submitted content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
12. Promotional Offers & Gift Cards
Promotions, discounts and gift card terms are governed by the specific offer details. Offers may be limited in time or subject to minimum purchase amounts. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at our discretion.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, API Retails and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from or connected with your use of the Service, products purchased, or inability to use the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product that gives rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless API Retails from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
15. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services or products. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
16. Privacy & Data Protection

17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, any outstanding obligations (payments, liabilities) survive.
19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
