📦 Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only if:
• The product received is damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The product is different from what was shown in the listing/image
Conditions:
• You must raise the exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.
• Email us at care@apiretail.com with your Order ID and invoice, and include clear images/videos showing the issue.
• Product must be in the same condition as delivered ( unused and unopened, with all original packaging and protective films intact ).
• Exchange will be approved only after our quality team verifies the issue.
📝 Note:
• No exchange will be accepted for products that were ordered by mistake, are no longer needed, or are claimed as “not as expected” after use.
• Products bought during sales, offers, or as part of “BOGO” deals are not eligible for exchange.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
